  • "Beautiful cottage with stunning views, ideally located to explore Haworth, Worth Valley Railway, Oakworth Station and others, Skipton and the Yorkshire Dales, Saltaire World Heritage Site and so much more."

Immaculately presented and well equipped, friendly welcoming owners that live next door, available if needed but not seen if you want your space. Plenty of places to eat locally, we loved the appetising food at the Wuthering Heights Inn, a 2 minute walk from the cottage. A fabulous holiday cottage that I would definitely recommend.

The kitchen was well equipped, beds were comfortable and wonderful views from bedroom/living room windows. Sharing the garden was no problem and as it was a back to front house, the garage with remote control was at the front and entrance hall was at the back of building. Thank you Nichola and Steve, appreciated welcome pack in fridge. Added bonus was Zebra the cat!

We did enjoy the occasional chat with them and Steve's local knowlegde of walking opportunities was most valuable.

  • "My husband and I really enjoyed our week here."

The cottage is immaculate, comfortable, well equipped and much larger than we had expected (for a cottage). Steve and Nicola were very welcoming and also respected our privacy. Having the garage to park in was a bonus (we have an SUV and parked without any problems). The garden is beautiful and the view beyond is spectacular. The village location was good and the food in the local pubs was superb (and not expensive). The location was a good base to explore the surrounding area and enjoy a good walk. Overall we can highly recommend the cottage.

We are thrilled that you enjoyed your stay in our cottage and thank-you for your informative feed back and hope this help future guests to also enjoy there stay. Thanks Nicola and Stephen Property Owner

  • "Absolutely faultless and 'Quality' throughout!"

Spectacular uninterrupted views from the property and the owners, Steve and Nicola so helpful and friendly, but not intrusive at all. It's a very pretty village with 2 pubs almost on the doorstep, one serving good food. It's around a 30 minute walk into Howarth, 4/5 minutes drive. Excellent hourly bus service from the village which we used regularly to go to different places. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Sarah's Cottage and we will definitely return. A big thank you from Val and John
