Wheal Tor

Perched on the top of Caradon Hill on the edge of Bodmin Moor, Wheal Tor is the highest Inn in Cornwall. It is a lovely location with stunning views that is popular with locals and visitors. It is set in a secluded pine copse and two and a half acres of gardens. The building has an interesting history and was once the residence of Captain Seccombe who managed the prosperous East Caradon copper mine. The bar and restaurant still have the original fireplaces.

Wheal Tor offers accommodation in seven nicely furnished en-suite rooms and is a fascinating and peaceful environment for it's guests.
